SuperHost USA LLC ("SuperHost USA," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have — including specific disclosures about SMS text messaging.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: contact information (name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address); property information (if you are a property owner inquiring about our management services); booking and stay information (if you are a guest at a property we manage); and communications you send us (email, phone, SMS, or web form).
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, including device/browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referring URL, via standard server logs and analytics cookies.
We use your information to: respond to inquiries and provide the services you request; manage bookings, send booking confirmations, property access codes, and check-in instructions; communicate with property owners about their portfolio and performance; send customer service responses and account-related notifications; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from SuperHost USA, the following terms apply:
Program description. SuperHost USA sends SMS messages for the following purposes: booking confirmations, check-in instructions, property access codes, stay-related updates, owner account notifications, and customer service responses.
Consent. You will only receive SMS messages after you affirmatively opt in — either verbally during a phone conversation with a SuperHost USA representative, or by submitting a web form or booking flow in which you explicitly agree to receive messages. You may also opt in by texting us first.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity or account activity. You will not receive more messages than are necessary to service your inquiry, booking, or account.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, email hello@superhostusa.org, or call the phone number on our website.
No sharing of SMS consent. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This restriction does not apply to subcontractors who process messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform provider), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with: service providers and vendors acting on our behalf (e.g., SMS platform providers, booking platforms, payment processors, customer support tools) under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection; property owners, for bookings at their properties (guest contact and stay details); booking platforms we integrate with (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Furnished Finder), solely for bookings made through those platforms; and legal or governmental authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your information for as long as you maintain an account or active booking with us, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and audit purposes. SMS consent records are retained for at least four (4) years in accordance with applicable telecommunications recordkeeping guidance.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@superhostusa.org. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, including the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@superhostusa.org and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and, where required by law, notify you directly.
